 After purchasing or subscribing to our courses, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances. Notwithstanding anything contained above refund shall be granted in the following situation:

 1. Management, in its own discretion, may allow the refund. 

 2. Any amount paid by the student/learner in excess of the course Fee.

 3. In exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments or technical issues preventing course access, customers may request a refund. 

Such requests must be submitted to our support team within 7 days, along with relevant details and evidence supporting the request. 

 4. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval and credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
